In this Phase we balance the energies associated with giving and receiving, they are located in the fibers of your left right side. All the information you give to the universe, whether in words, actions, emotions, beliefs, just as you give it comes back. It is important to learn to know and release this eternal flow, so that you can give and receive in a balanced way. In this phase you learn to connect to your central channel, a channel of pure energy, which circulates from your lower center (60 cm below your feet), to your upper center (60 cm above your head). The central channel connects you with the energy of the earth and with the cosmic energy in the same flow. If you're really looking for answers, that's the place to look. Phase III amplifies the awareness of the energy in this central channel and allows the energy of Phase II to be sustained by this great column of light. When I say to be present, it is here in this Central Channel. When I say, to be in a perfect state of peace, it is to be here, in the Central Channel. During Phase I and II, we work with golden energy, the feminine aspect of Universal Energy. From phase III onwards we begin to channel platinum energy, the masculine aspect of universal energy. Gold energy is conductive, platinum energy is catalytic. In this phase, light templates three and four are activated, which support the eternal flow of giving and receiving and the increase of energy in your central channel. In this Phase, you begin to walk through life in full awareness of your central channel, radiating light into all of your reality.
